Their first watch is known as the ARC-TIC Iceland IMT (Iceland Mean Time), and features a design that’s built for the outdoors, with some nods to fashion. Now, why IMT rather than the more-familiar GMT? Apparently, Iceland doesn’t actually participate in daylight savings. Additionally, if you looked at a map, you’d see they fall between GMT-1 and GMT-2. So, they came up with their own term.
