Giveaway: Reactor Gamma Titanium Watch

Giveaway: Reactor Gamma Titanium Watch watch giveaways

A great watch that you might miss hearing about is the Reactor Gamma. Probably the strongest piece in the American brand’s collection, the Gamma is now available in full titanium with the brand’s Never Dark (ND) technology. At 45.5mm wide, the case wears comfortably and is 50% lighter than its steel counterpart. It is available with a black or red dial, that has traditional luminant as well as tritium gas tubes on the dial (which is the ND tech).

Inside the watch is a Japanese quartz movement with a 10 year battery. The unique styling of the watch is hard to miss, with a design that does in fact grow on you rather quickly. Durable, the Gamma Ti is water resistant to 300 meters, and is easy to read thanks for a healthy amount of AR coating on the mineral crystal. Retail price is $550 on the titanium bracelet, and $525 on a rubber strap. If you win the giveaway, you can choose what Reactor Gamma Ti model you’d like. My dream watch is the Panerai PAM00348 Lo Scienziato Radiomir Tourbillon GMT which I will be saving up for for a good long tome. I just bought a Dievas Vintage which is an homage to the classic Panerai's and I think it will hold me over for a little while

Love the Reactor watches. Have owned a couple of G-Shocks (in the sports category) but these are my current favorites.

Love Automatics and TISSOT but my current grail is the OMEGA Seamaster Planet Ocean 2209.50.00 . Has been on my wishlist for a long time now.

I have a thing for the new Bremont Sub watch. For one, offset crown watches always catch my eye. There are many watches I want, so it is going to be tough to save up for this one.

To narrow down one single watch is damn near impossible. The choices are endless! But I guess if I have to pick........... I'll say two have caught my eye. They are Porsche Design Flat Six Chrono Auto with a (red dial/black rubber strap) and Seiko SLQ019 Sportura Limited Edition Kinetic Chrono.

I have way too many grails to list here, but I will say that I have been looking for a tough sport watch. I have several G-Shocks but am looking for something nicer. I've had my eyes on the Reactor for quite a while. I first read about them back in May of last year in a review by OceanicTime and then read your review this June. Your review made me sure that it would be a great purchase. I hope I can add one of these to my collection...
Thanks for the opportunity!

I'm thinking a tourbillion from Longio might be my next expenditure...maybe by next summer. I also like the complications from Azimuth, but I cannot afford a Eurpoean tourbillion and they look oh so fun.

I don't have a facebook account due to the nature of my profession, but if selected you should still choose me anyways!

Given that Wyler seem to be gone the Code R Ceramic is likely off the list, then again it's about x2 what I currently hope to spend on a watch and still remain married.

Back on earth, I'm torn between Bremont's Alt Z and the heritage Bell Ross' on my aviation loving side and the Seiko Springdrive moonphase on my watch loving side.

I kinda like the reactor I wouldn't sell it to fund the above aquisitions as it's not usually the type of watch I go for, more sea than air, but it wears the look of being heavy well.

Ariel-

I believe this is the watch that survived an IED explosion in Afghanistan. The bracelet broke, but the watch remained intact and in full working order. The soldier wrote to Reactor to get a new bracelet. Instead, Reactor sent him a new watch free of charge. What a class act!

I’d probably spring for the red dial if I bought one. In a right and just world, my watch would be
Glashutte sentor sixties - square.

Thanks, for the informative and entertaining commentary.

Regards,

Pat
