A. Lange & Sohne Grand Lange 1 Watch Hands-On

One of A. Lange & Sohne’s more quiet new releases for 2012 was this redesigned version of the Grand Lange 1 watch. Last year they released the great looking Lange 1 Daymatic with an automatic movement, and this year the Lange 1′s slightly bigger brother gets and update. This model is really something that mostly dedicated A. Lange & Sohne fans are going to understand, as it isn’t clearly an update, but more a slight revision.

Doxa Shark Ceramica XL Limited Edition Watch

One of the best things about Doxa watches is that they don’t change. There is a whole collection of “SUB something” watches that have designs from what feels like the 1960s or 1970s – that remain largely unchanged today. Ever since Clive Cussler learned about the brand at a dive store he worked in and [...]

Gc Sport Class XL Watch

Does anything about this watch look familiar? It should if you follow Zenith watches at all. This is Gc’s rendition of the Zenith Defy X-treme watches. Frankly, I think the Gc does it a bit better, especially on the price side. I am sorry, the Zenith Defy X-treme watches are cool, but so NOT $20,000 [...]

Zannetti Squelette XL Automatic Watch Available On James List

Here is one of those interesting watches that you’ll dare not see being sold in America – at least most likely not. Which prompts me to remark once again, that there are many a splendid brand of timepiece that are simply not marketed or sold here in the States. So this is a watch by [...]
