I have admired the Christopher Ward line up of watches since first sight. They are one of the great value brands, executed with Swiss movements and offered at unbelievable prices. Their vintage look C8 Pilot is an example of this wonderful ethic. I would be thrilled to add this watch to my collection which includes various vintage Rolexes, Omegas, Gruens, Longines  alng with modern El Primaro and Ocean 7 pieces. I have no doubt that the recently re-doubled monthly give-a-way program will have a huge impact on growing interest in your already terrific Blog. Congratulations and best wishes for the new year.

no notification for me, so congratulations to the winners.. I shoot video reviews full time, so it would have been nice to have another quality item for a review video, but you can only wear one watch at a time, and I was fortunate enough to have won a LUM-TEC Bull 45 A10 last year for a video review, so I cannot really complain about not having a watch.

The winners have been notified and the watches have been shipped. I won the Casio watches. I'm in the process of writing a quit review about them and emailing pictures to Ariel Adams.

Geez guys you need to chill a little check the blog it clearly states the contest ends jan. 31st

I think we all need to be patient with this process. Although it says enter by 12/31/2011, it didn't actually say when they would announce the winners. In my experience, most contests take at least a month after it closes before they announce winners. Personally, I would be more than excited if I win, as I really need a new watch, but we all need to remember it is a contest for which we paid nothing to enter. I still enjoy reading the blogs and seeing what they are offering, and if I should win, it just adds to the excitement, and if not, there is always next time.

I'm truly enjoying this blog...but I must admit I'm somewhat puzzled about the hype of the 2011 watch giveaway results? Was this just a form gorilla/shakedown marketing in order for us to follow this blog? I'm hoping that I'm incorrect in my assumption or that I'm just not understanding the mechanism of following the results/winners?

I'm hoping too, the delay has all of a sudden made me full of anticipation.

The Chris Ward C8 has a great look - but so do many of the others listed. I would love to get the Chris Ward C60 Trident-GMT it has a great retro look without being derivative or a copycat.

Then there's always the classic collector dream stuff -- IWC, gold Rolex Daytona, Omega speedmaster (moon watch)

That Red Sea is really striking. There's a sort of comic book sensibility to the hands and dial that makes the whole piece stand out.

The winners have all been chosen. I try to announce the winners by presenting pictures of the watches on them when and if they send in pictures. I always choose winners promptly but don't announce people who don't want to be mentioned to protect their privacy.
