Sinn’s 103 line of chronographs is a mainstay of their product offerings. The limited edition features a new colorway for the 103 family with a sunburst blue dial, blue anodized bezel, a domed sapphire crystal, and a sapphire caseback to view the Valjoux 7750 ticking along inside.

Previous iterations of the 103 have offered the option between a sapphire crystal, or a very domed acrylic crystal. Present on the 103 Sa B E however is a domed sapphire crystal, retaining the same look found with the acrylic crystal on previous models. The 103 is an iconic (yeah I said it) watch in the Sinn lineup and has been for a long time. While there’s nothing new or innovative for Sinn in this watch, it does offer up an already cool model in a new colorway that might please the hardcore Sinn fans, or those that have been on the fence waiting for the right configuration to come around. I’m a blue watch advocate, so the colorway on the 103 Sa B E gets a thumbs up from me on its choice of blue. And while the choice to use faux vintage lume will certainly get a few enthusiasts riled up, I think it was implemented well on this piece.
Sinn has released a number of different 103 color variations over the years, from the standard plain black, to panda dials, and even blue panda dials. Point being, there are a lot of different colors out there for the potential 103 buyer, and the number of options has now grown by one. Limited to 500 pieces, the Sinn 103 Sa B E is priced at $2,760 on the leather strap, and $2,950 on the steel bracelet. sinn.de
