From popular artist Olga Narozhna comes the next piece in her steampunk line of handcrafted watch art. Her last piece was similar but used a digital, rather than analog timepiece. This time she incorporates a traditional mechanical watch with an elaborate skeletonized movement. I think this time she really nailed it when she used an analog movement that was skeletonized. Being able to view the intricacies of the clockwork is what steampunk is all about, and the rich leather cuff compliments the metal work nicely.
This item is being featured on eBay, an apt place for such a one of a kind piece. A working mechanical watch, surrounded by steampunk decoration on a very functional leather cuff strap. Most people cannot get these at any price. This is certainly a showy watch. Perfect for shows, industrial music concerts, or other avant garde functions. You cannot the interesting nature of functional art like this. Lets hope the artist continues to make such wonderful work.
