The highlight of every Grand Seiko Roadshow event is the presence of a GS master watchmaker. We are honored not only to meet a Grand Seiko craftsman at this event, but to see him assemble watches by hand throughout the night.
This year, we will be enjoying the work of a master who specializes in spring drive movements, a very rare design exclusive to high-end Seikos that combines beautiful mechanical movements with extremely precise quartz technology.
We’ll be joined by another master, celebrity chef Tre Wilcox, who will be preparing Japanese-inspired cuisine for our guests including:
- Tuna Tartar “Spoons”, Cilantro, Jalapeno, Scallions
- Hamachi Sashimi, Grapefruit, Yuzu Dressing, Panko
- Beef and Chicken Satays
- Coconut Shrimp Shooters, Ginger Foam
We’ll also be enjoying fine Japanese sake, beer, and whiskey as well as giving away gifts to lucky winners.
