Apple and Nike go way back, and their relationship makes sense since it seems that Apple is focusing on the health and fitness capabilities of its Apple Watch. Runners and running in particular have been given special attention via the partnership. Just last month, they announced a new limited-edition Apple Watch called the Apple Watch NikeLab. And now, on its heels, so to speak, come four new Nike Sports Bands for the Apple Watch Nike+.

First things first, although Nike says that these four new Sports Bands are for the Apple Watch Nike+, there’s absolutely nothing stopping you from using them on any other Apple Watch. These four bands will use Apple’s very clever quick strap-change system and will fit on any Apple Watch, even the first-generation ones.

Like other Apple Sports Bands, these four new Sports Bands are made out of super flexible and soft fluoroelastomer. It feels good on the skin, and the straps are perforated to reduce weight and to improve ventilation. The colors of these four straps follow that of Nike’s own Air VaporMax Flyknit “Day to Night” sneakers, which are in turn inspired by the shades of the sky at different times of day. There are two shades of blue and two shades of violet for Apple Watch owners to choose from.

The new Nike Sports Bands will go on sale on June 1st, 2017, and will be priced at $49 each. If you want a matching sneaker to go along with it, the Air VaporMax Flyknit “Day to Night” sneakers will also go on sale on June 1st and are priced at $190. nike.com | apple.com
