Watch enthusiasts and collectors in Los Angeles are invited to an RSVP-only special event on September 12, 2019. Carl F. Bucherer & aBlogtoWatch welcome you to Valuable Time, an evening of horological discovery marking the U.S. premiere of the Patravi Scubatec Black Manta Special Edition. Guests will have the opportunity to meet representatives of the Manta Trust, an ocean wildlife preservation and education charity supported by the Lucerne-based watchmaker, and immerse themselves in the sights and sounds of the manta ray habitat.
Carl F. Bucherer’s collaboration with the U.K.-based Manta Trust started with the Patravi Scubatec Manta Trust in 2017, of which only 188 were produced, followed up by this year’s release of the Patravi Scubatec Black Manta Special Edition.
Valuable Time will also feature a number of other new and popular watch models, including additional Patravi ScubaTec watches and new models in the Manero and Heritage collections. Timepieces will range from functional watches with a sporty design to the brand’s prestigious tourbillon with its patented double-peripheral technology. Watch-lovers are encouraged to come see, touch, and wear the company’s timepieces.
Carl F. Bucherer CEO Sascha Moeri, aBlogtoWatch Founder Ariel Adams, and representatives of the Manta Trust will entertain and inform guests with an open discussion forum about Carl F. Bucherer, its collaboration with the Manta Trust, and the importance of the preservation of the manta ray habitat.
The ocean-themed event will be held at a famed event space in the mid-city area of Los Angeles, whose location will be disclosed after your RSVP is confirmed. The event will run from 7 pm – 10:30 pm, and parking is included.
